Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, in whole or part. Payments are specific to a particular service package, application cycle, and individual student. Fees cannot be carried forward to future cycles or reassigned to other services or applicants. Please ensure clarity on services before initiating payment.

Elevate Abroad is an independent education consultancy offering personalized guidance for global and Indian higher education. We are not affiliated with any university or college, and we do not guarantee admissions, interviews, or scholarships at any institution. Our advice is based on experience and best practices, but results depend on the student's profile, effort, and external factors beyond our control.
2. Services & Scope
2.1 Application Guidance:
Includes personalized counseling, university shortlisting, application planning, essay editing, and interview preparation. Final responsibility for content accuracy, submission, and deadlines lies with the applicant.
2.2 Visa Support:
While Elevate Abroad provides general guidance and mock preparation for visa interviews, we do not offer legal visa assistance. Applicants must follow up with relevant consulates and embassies.
2.3 Test Prep:
Elevate Abroad does not offer in-house test prep (SAT, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS), but we may guide students on timelines, resources, and strategies.
2.4 Recommender Support:
We help students frame recommendation strategies but do not directly interact with recommenders. The applicant is responsible for coordination and timely submission.
2.5 Scholarship & Financial Aid Advice:
We provide assistance with scholarship essays and offer advice on potential funding options, but securing financial aid remains the student's responsibility.
2.6 Mentorship Programs:
Offered selectively, these involve in-depth one-on-one sessions. Packages are designed for specific timelines and cannot be extended beyond agreed periods.
Process
- For Master’s/MBA, the sessions are conducted with the student only.
- Dual degree applications are considered independently.
- If accepted after working with ElevateAbroad.com, you must provide a high-resolution photograph (2MB) and/or a 2-minute testimonial on the impact ElevateAbroad.com had on your application.
- All video essays without prompts are covered under the interview preparation session.
- Essay editing services do not apply to Harvard and Stanford MBA essays.
3. Payments
- All services are payable in advance. Work begins only after full payment is received.
- No part-payments or instalments are allowed.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, online banking, credit/debit cards.
- Bank/transfer/credit card fees are borne by the student. ElevateAbroad.com will not cover these charges.
- Services and packages are valid only for the paying student and the specified application period.
- Application packages are valid until March 31st of the financial year in which the student is applying (mentioned on the invoice).
- ElevateAbroad.com reserves the right to change pricing and policies without prior notice.
- GST at 18% is applicable on all payments made within India.
4. Working Hours & Communication
- Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. Saturday sessions based on availability and urgency.
- Response Time: Emails or messages will be responded to within 72 business hours.
- Holidays: Limited availability during Indian public holidays and major festivals (especially Diwali and New Year).
- Meetings: Must be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability. Last-minute requests handled case-by-case.
5. Student Responsibilities
- Students must provide honest, accurate, and updated information during all consultations.
- Applicants are responsible for meeting application deadlines, test registrations, and document uploads.
- Elevate Abroad is not liable for missed opportunities due to delays from the student’s end.
